I’m sure that you will agree that there are times in life when we are confronted with problems, most of these problems we take in our stride as we go on life’s journey, sometimes however we can get stuck.

Now I don’t know what your problem is, I do know from talking to people about their problems that experience shows that there are usually only 2 solutions to any problem.
The first solution.

You have a problem, perhaps it can be fixed, perhaps you already know what the solution is, perhaps the solution is difficult or even painful.

Too many people live in their problem, they focus on it, they spend their time dwelling on their problem to the extent it takes over their life.
What is important is that if your problem can be fixed you need to change your focus to the solution and have the courage to fix it.

The second solution.

You can’t solve your problem and there’s nothing you can do about it.

If you feel that this applies to you and when you look at your problem nothing can be done, the answer is simple;
if you cant fix your problem it means that the only thing you can do is ‘let go and move on’.

Letting go can be difficult and moving on in life can be just as hard, having the courage to do this and get on with life may be the hardest thing that you will ever do.

In Summary.

You are right this article gives a very generalized view to your individual situation.

The question is not really which solution applies to your problem the question you need to ask yourself is; do you have the courage to do what you need to do.
