Consistency is a great trait to have, being consistent in your efforts is a key to success.
Doing small amounts of something on a regular basis is better than tying to do something all at once.

Here’s a great TED Talk from Matt Cutts entitled try something new for 30 days, however the real message underlying this talk is that of being consistent.

If you write 1700 words a a day,
in a month you will have written a 50,000 word novel.


Think about your goals and ask yourself.

  1. What are the things that you are already doing that you need to keep doing consistently?
  2. What are you not doing and need to start doing consistently to achieve your goals?
